"IL TORRIONE" GARDA CLASSICO ROSSO SUPERIORE RISERVA DOC

This wine is the result of an extremely severe selection of the best grapes of Garda Classico, particularly Marzemino and Groppello di Mocasina.

The processing starts with an 18 months ripening in different wine vessels; then it gets another 7-8 months in barriques and finally it will rest at least 6 months in the bottles. After this long procedure is ready to be tasted. It is the wine for important occasions, perfect to accompany red meats, game, roasts and any tasty meat recipe.

Superb for meditation as well.

Better uncork one hour before tasting. It needs large wine glasses and a 19°C temperature.

2000 bottles were produced from 1997 vintage.
