"IL ROSSO DEL CUNTÌ" GARDA CLASSICO
SUPERIOR RED
This wine is obtained
by an accurate selection of the best
grapes of Marzemino, Groppello, Barbera
and Sangiovese, fermented at specific
temperatures for 10 days. After this
procedure the wine will spend 7-8 months
in barriques and at least 6 months in the
bottles. When uncorked it will release an
extremely light woody and ethereal aroma.
The taste is slight salty, dry and
persistent. It may age 5 to 6 years from
the vintage. Particularly indicated for
stews, spit roasts, game and garnished
meats. Best served at 19° C in large
wine glasses, possibly leave to breathe
before tasting.
