"BARBÈTA" GARDA CLASSICO
RED
From light macerazione of four grapes
that are composed the D.O.C. Garda
Classico, we obtain the Red Wine.
The contact with peel is brief, short, it
takes 5/6 days and so we obtain a very
like fruit product , that strike for our
agreeable and freshsly in the relish
(taste). It's a red wine likely, not
strong and it's ready to drink
immediately. Ideal with lean meat and
boiled meat.
To serve at the temperature of
16°-18° C.
Shade: 11,5% vol.
