"MOCASINA" GARDA CLASSICO GROPPELLO
This is our most
typical wine; it is produced from the
grape variety called Groppello di Mocasina
and is cultivated on a surface of about
two hectares, with the Guyot technique,
with about 4,300 vines per hectare. It has
a medium substance body and mainly
impresses for two characteristics; an
intense fruity aroma in its young phase
and a pleasantly salty and inviting taste.
In course of time the fruity smoothes,
spicy and ripe fruits nuances get over,
and the wine becomes softer, velvety and
with a bitter aftertaste.
It is excellent to
match red meats, grills, roasts and stews.
Best served in tulip shaped glasses at a
temperature of about 18°
centigrade.
