GARDA CHARDONNAY BRUT "LA TORRE"

We obtain our sparkling wine from crushing Chardonnay grapes, and with a four years maturation on yeast. By using the technique of re-fermentation in bottle we obtain a wine with a straw yellow colour and a soft and gentle taste. The sparkling is thin and long lasting, should be served in flute glasses at a temperature of 6 to 7 °C. This limited production is addressed to most devoted customers.
